Who are we?

Established in 2003, Ngee Ann Dancesport (NPDS) is an Elite CCA club, with over 60 members strong, in Ngee Ann Polytechnic. Combining the elements of 'Dance' and 'Sport', here is where we groom our dancers to be young, promising sportsmen, throughout these 3 years of exciting and meaningful journey.

What do we learn?

In DanceSport, there are 2 categories of dances – Standard Ballroom and Latin. In recent years, a growing number of people have become interested in Latin dances. Being more appealing to the younger generation, we focus on all Latin dances here at NPDS!

Widely known, there are five types of dances in the Latin category: They are the Cha Cha Cha, the Rumba, the Jive, the Samba and the Paso Doble.
